JOB SUMMARY: The Recreation Operations Coordinator assists in the operation of facilities, camps, classes, and office administration for the City of Holland Parks and Recreation Department. The Recreation Operations Coordinator is responsible for the planning, marketing, and supervision of Recreation activities. Additionally, this position will help to recruit and train part-time and seasonal staff. The Recreation Operations Coordinator receives supervision and assignments from the Deputy Director of Recreation; however, the Recreation Operations Coordinator must use initiative, discretion, and specialized knowledge in the attainment of desired objectives.
