Aquatics Coordinator
Job Description: The Aquatics Coordinator reports to and assists the Assistant Director for Aquatics with the management of the Recreation Services Aquatic facilities and programs.The Coordinator has personnel management responsibilities that include assisting with the training, development and daily supervision of 80 lifeguards, swim instructors and aquatic supervisors.They will assist with developing and supervising a diverse array of aquatic programs that engage a broad spectrum of students and the university community. The Coordinator assists the Facilities Coordinators with supervising operations of recreation facilities and the development and implementation of aquatic emergency action plans.
