Responsible for ensuring the safety of all patrons in the pool area and keeping facility clean.
Minimum Qualifications:

Skilled in, or potential for working effectively with a diverse, multi-ethnic clientele
EDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE Under 18 with work permit, high school diploma or equivalent and 12 to 18 months related experience or required course work/certification. Required to possess a current American Red Cross Lifeguard certificate; current American Red Cross CPR/FPR Certificate. No substitutions. Lifeguarding certification is absolutely required.
Job Requirements:

OTHERREQUIREMENTS
During the modified re-opening of the Natatorium/Pool, must be able to work assigned shifts between the working days and times Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written standard English.

A background investigation will be conducted prior to the offer of employment. A signed authorization for the release of personal information will be required if selected for an interview.
