Responsibilities
Your role will be required to effectively communicate, be attentive to safety protocols to provide assistance in a safe manner and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service in accordance with Lincoln Property Company's quality customer satisfaction standards.
Assist patrons with signing in to the pool.
Supervise the patrons as they utilize the pool.
Be fully aware and attentive at all times while on duty.
Control and report unruly behavior of individuals not adhering to behavior pool protocols
Perform pool chemical checks to ensure safety and hygiene.
Maintain a clean pool deck, and furniture to ensure safety from any damages.
Assist patrons with open swim, swim lessons and pool parties.
Check safety of rescue tubes and buoys and perform needed maintenance.
Qualifications
Effectively communicate and interact with co-workers, managers, vendors or residents sufficiently to exchange or convey information and to give or receive work direction.
Basic computer skills (able to operate mobile device, PC).
Must possess a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, under all circumstances.
Must have a flexible schedule.
Work involves considerable exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, chemicals, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
Must be willing to work indoor/outdoor environments, in all weather conditions, and potentially hazardous conditions.
A valid driver's license is required.
Part Time- 9am.-2:30p.m & 2:30 p.m.-8p.m. Monday-Sunday.
