We seek Life Guards with strength and expertise in safety around water, patience, and life-saving skills. You will supervise all residents and their guests to ensure compliance with the Pool Rules to breed a fun but safe pool experience.

What you'll do:
Monitor designated areas to recognize signs of danger.
Warn swimmers regarding unsafe situations and improper activities.
Enforce Pool Rules and Regulations to maintain order in swimming areas.
Evaluates conditions for safety and initiates action plan as required.
Inspects pool facilities, equipment, and water to ensure that they are safe and usable.
Administer first aid in the event of injury
Respond to emergencies and rescue swimmers in danger of drowning.
Administer CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary.
What you'll need:
Certified Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certificate, or equivalent
American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, or equivalent
American Red Cross Standard First Aid, or equivalent
Strong swimming skills
Attention to detail
Safety Consciousness
Good verbal communication & listening skills
