This full-time position will be responsible for supervising fulltime, part time, and temporary aquatic personnel including scheduling, training, and recruiting at Eastway Regional Recreation Center. This role will also oversee pool operations including pool and locker room facilities, membership management, and safety and incident reports. In addition, the Aquatic Supervisor will be responsible for the maintenance of pool safety supplies and maintaining inventory of all pool equipment. The incumbent will also assist and oversee all aquatic programming at Eastway.
