Department: Parks and Recreation     Reports to: Recreation Superintendent   Summary: Under the supervision of the Recreation Superintendent, this position maintains, coordinates, and supervises a comprehensive recreation program which includes the operations and maintenance of the aquatic facilities, aquatic classes, programs, activities and assigned special events.  Responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of employees, marketing efforts, assisting in developing and monitoring assigned budget, and developing and maintaining public and private partnerships to maximize the use of all aquatic facilities
