This position provides leadership for the intercollegiate competitive swim team for men and women, at University of Saint Joseph. In charge of all phases of the Swim Program including: recruiting, retention and technical and tactical development of the team, in season conditioning programs and training, supervising assistant coaches and managers. The position calls for the person to generate enthusiasm for swimming and to teach a team approach to students consistent with institutional values. Develop, implement and evaluate procedures for the total operation of the aquatic facility according to university policy. This position is responsible for the overall management of the day to day operation of the college pool and its staff, which serves the internal campus community and outside
