Qualifications
Current certification in the following:

• Lifeguarding
  • • American Red Cross Lifeguarding and First Aid
    • American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer

• 1-3 years of experience as a lifeguard is preferred.

Education
High School diploma is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Pre-employment testing of lifeguarding knowledge and skills
• Outstanding verbal communication skills.
